Studio rented for my parents who found the accommodation very clean and nice! Pleasant communication and very responsive hosts! I recommend it!

The place was nice, good value for money with a great view and location. Marta was friendly and helpful. I can warmly recommend this place to others.

Ground floor house independent of the accommodation above, beautiful decor, spacious and pleasant rooms, parking spaces in the courtyard and also on the street , beautiful terrace, close to the sea, quiet area, Already come to Grau du Roi but never on this shore, fairly fast city access, either from the inside or through the beach A few local shops on the street behind, a few restaurant huts on the square , very nice, and large supermarket within walking distance , happy not to have to take your car, I recommend this accommodation nearby bike path ( certainly there under construction but it will soon be all beautiful for the next vacationers )

The house is very comfortable, very well-equipped and decorated. It is also very well located in a quiet area. Walking distance to the beach. We were lucky with our vacation at the end of October, we were able to swim and enjoy the outdoors (outdoor lunches, garden chairs). The house was particularly clean! Finally, the location is a good starting point for excursions: Montpellier, Sète, Camargue… We'll be happy to come back!

This apartment is stunning and as per the pictures… you will not be disappointed. It’s been finished and furnished to a very high spec and has absolutely everything you could wish for. We found it to be very quiet at night and perfectly located to the marina front, beaches and restaurants. We’ll be back next year! Thanks very much!!

Beautiful accommodation with a parking space right outside the door, spacious rooms, a beautifully decorated living room/sam, a nice and well-equipped modern kitchen. And to relax, reading and a small garden where you can eat or bask. Not far from everything, 20 minutes' walk to Place de la Comédie (or by tram), 15 minutes to Port Marianne. Manuel, the host is nice, clear instructions. I would highly recommend it.

House in all respects consistent with what is described on site. It is spacious, comfortable and enjoys a wonderful view of the sea and the pond. It faces south, southwest which is perfect for enjoying the sun until dark. Mélanie was charming and attentive to our every concern. A bottle of rosé was kindly offered to us upon arrival. Information not specifically specified on the site: Car parking is on the street at places close to the house. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules as well as tea bags but no kettle. The boulangerie patisserie Lubrano as well as other shops are located twenty minutes walk from the house. It goes up on the way back but it's a very pleasant walk to maintain your line. Last point: the pool was not clean. This is the robot that was not working. We just soaked our feet. Too bad.

We had a great stay. The host was very accommodating and flexible enabling us to check in very late and check out very early.
