The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, tv room, bathroom. Furnished one-room apartment of 20 m2 with views of Lake Växjö and only 5 minutes walk to the city center and the station. Cycling to the University takes no more than 10 minutes and to the hospital on the other side of the lake only 5 minutes. The apartment is bright with parquet floors, has a fully equipped kitchenette, private toilet and shower directly adjacent to the apartment. Access to garden in the southwest with beautiful views/evening sun over Lake Växjö. You can quickly and easily get down to the lake for a walk, a swim or a restaurant visit.
