The place was conceived as an intimate green bubble 5 minutes by car from the center of Epinal. The atmosphere is modern and relaxed: subdued lights, green wall, deckchairs, retro bathtub, bathrobes, slippers and private Nordic bath heated by wood fire. We eat well, local and in roomservice! Lô-Bin-Ïa, a cottage in harmony with nature.

We built our bioclimatic wooden frame chalet so that it restores a soft and natural atmosphere in harmony with the surrounding nature. Its name Lô-Bin-Ïa comes from its source which flows next to the chalet. And it is in this sweetness that we want to welcome you. You will have access to downhill and cross-country ski trails, lakes and waterfalls less than 1/2 hour from the chalet. Many hiking trails are present around the chalet.

The Chapel of Coteau

In the forest hides La Chapelle du Coteau which offers a relaxing and unique stay. Offering garden views, this vacation home includes a large (unheated) pool, a bedroom with a rosette, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV (no WiFi), an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. For added convenience, the property can provide towels (€5/person) and bed linen (€10/per bed) and the Jacuzzi on reservation (€20/2 hours).
