I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the quiet village Crezancy-en-Sancerre.There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. The proximity to Sancerre (10min. by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for tasting. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. There is a shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me ..always improving!
