Keep in mind that the stairs to the 1st floor are a bit steep, and there's not so much space around the double bed. Outside there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

Forest outside the door, hiking trails along Horsens fjord and to Trustrup lookout hills. 2 km to a small local beach and 15 km to the good east coast beaches at Saksild. Good local farm shops and exhibitors of handicrafts. 12 km to Odder with a movie theater, good restaurants and shopping. The home is best suited for two people - if you are not a family. Possibility to bring a horse.
