Eingebettet in ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich unser Haus auf einem 1500m² großen Grundstück inmitten von Oliven-, sowie einigen Feigen- und Zitronen-Bäumen. Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

Apartman Bella Vista se nalazi na jugoistocnoj strani Hvara, u neposrednoj blizini mora. Najbliza plaza, Pokonji dol, nalazi se na udaljenosti 8 minuta hoda. Odmah ispred kuce su uređene stijene gdje je omoguceno plivanje i suncanje. Terasa je okrenuta prema moru s prelijepim pogledom na more i otoke. Our cottage is in the Fields of Grace Vineyards in a peaceful valley with small vineyards, where you will enjoy peace and nature. You will have a large terrace, and a private sit-in pool overlooking the vine valley. You will be surrounded by vines, roses, rosemary, herbs, trees, butterflies and birds. It is a fully-equipped and stylish home. You will share the nature with lovely birds, hedgehogs, rabbits and our 4 cats.

Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
