This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. This three bedroom house with a pool has a spectacular view of the sea, the sunset and the sunrise. It's a perfect place to stay fit because approx.100 stairs leads to the house. It's 70m from the cristally clear sea. The house is 100sq m (plus the loggia of 30sq m). There is an additional relaxing area of 25sq m with an outside shower where you can barbecue and a pool area with a terrace of 100sq m where you can sunbathe. It is 35 km from Korcula and the nearest shop is 10' walking distance.

Bijela is located on the first floor on the left side of the house.
