THE TURQUOISE HOUSE WITH AN OCEAN VIEW

The Turquoise house has two floors. Downstairs there is a room with a double bed and a full bathroom and another with bunk beds. Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with dishes, oven and refrigerator, table with benches and living room with ocean views. The barbecue is in the garden surrounded by trees. The water is from a well, the electricity and the gas from a cylinder. It can be accessed by car because it is on the last street that can be crossed with a vehicle from the seaside resort. Then walking about 200 meters through the dunes you reach the sea.

It has rainwater collection, a Russian stove, a greenhouse attached to the house, passive ventilation and heating, gray water treatment and a biodigester. The house has a room upstairs with a double bed and in the living room a sofa for one and a half people. If the tenants request it, an extra mattress can be attached. Everything was designed in detail and with a functional and aesthetic criterion.

Its main attraction is a 4-meter-long by 2-meter-high window with an unbeatable view of the Salamanca grottos and Sosa mountains. The house is built in a valley with a total area of 12 hectares. Our stays are 30 hours. Check-in 11 am. Check-out 5:00 pm.
