The house is centrally located in Carinthia and only about 3 kilometers from the Velden West motorway exit and Lake Wöhrtersee. In the garden is a garden bungalow that can also be used. In the house, there are 2 residential units, each with a parking space.

Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy double bed and a pull-out living area for up to 4 people. The bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, and a desk is available. Welcome to our home! 🙂

From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
