The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, and the train station is 8 minutes away. Close to Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar. The studio is 10 minutes from the DFDS Seaways ferry from IJmuiden to New Castle.......... a private studio near Amsterdam... A wonderful bike ride in the dunes . The studio has its own entrance .

In 2023, our 35m2 studio was newly and sustainably built. The studio is stylishly and comfortably and also equipped with every comfort. Located in the great recreation area Spaarnwoude. Just 10 km away are the bustling cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem. The Kennemerduinen and the beaches of Ijmuiden, Zandvoort and Bloemendaal are easily accessible by bike, car or public transportation. Surrounded by greenery, this is your starting point to explore the area.

This garden house is 24m2. Equipped with a sofa bed. Underfloor heating available. No kitchen. Coffee and Tea available. The cottage is stylish, peaceful and furnished in a Scandinavian style. Wonderful to relax and warm up after a day of fresh air on the beach. Our accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the beach. Our family (two children) enjoys living in Wijk aan Zee, and we are happy to show our guests around the village and the surrounding area.
