Complete, cozy, vacation home for 4 people less than 10 minutes walk from the beach. Beautiful starting point for hiking and/or cycling on the beach or through the dunes. Located less than half an hour by car from the cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. Wijk aan Zee is a no-nonsense village with plenty of activities in the summer, beautiful terraces and good restaurants from cheap to very luxurious. The vacation home has its own entrance and a private parking space.

Beautiful detached chalet in our backyard with a heated pool (approximately May-October 1st). Plenty of privacy and warmly decorated. Beautifully located in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort, and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen dunes. Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

The OER-IJ cottage on Landgoed Rorik near Amsterdam

Come and stay in one of our unique circular cottages in the North Holland polder, close to Amsterdam. Landgoed Rorik is a new place where we figure out how we can live together as sustainably as possible, (organically) farm, build, work and relax. On the campsite, there are 9 unique tiny houses that you can rent. We are always building on our Estate. So don't expect raked paths. But come and enjoy the creativity and nature with us!

Summer house on the Dutch coast

The summer house is located on a campsite in a dune pan in IJmuiden within walking distance of the beach. The dune pan provides a pleasant shelter against the sea wind. Amsterdam is also easily accessible by car (40 m) or public transport (55 m). A maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children can stay. The cottage is fully equipped, such as a BBQ, garden furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. The interior gives a Caribbean feeling.

The beach house is located in the middle row of Ijmuiden beach, a 35 minute drive from Amsterdam. The interior of the beach house was fully renovated in 2020 and is fully equipped. Whether you're looking to disconnect from your busy life (e.g. read a book) or get active (e.g. wave surfing, swimming, kitesurfing, etc.), Ijmuiden beach has it all.
