In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

Eat and relax within a stumbling distance from our neighbors of Caatje aan de Lek or brewery Deutsch & Lauret - both forts of the New Dutch Water Line (UNESCO heritage) or the White Barn. Apartment of 50 square meters. Kitchen with dishwasher and combi microwave. Luxurious bathroom: lovely rain shower and toilet. On the first floor on the water with a spacious terrace. A short distance from IJsselmeer, Medemblik and other towns. For shopping, biking, hiking, surfing, kiteboarding or sailing. Pet welcome: max. 1 dog. Charge: 10 euro a day. Damage caused by pet is at the expense of the tenant! Barbeque available.

This modern furnished holiday home is located in Opperdoes near the IJsselmeer lake. There is free Wi-Fi and parking at the house. Sheets and towels are included.
