Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Among other things, there is a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eater Giovanni Midwoud that also delivered. There is a motorboat available for a fee. BIJTIEN is an independent small cottage with blue shutters, on the edge of the Veluwe, for 2 adults. This tiny-house has a living room with kitchenette, a luxurious shower with toilet on the ground floor. The bedroom is on the floor. Terrace with outdoor shower. Optionally, the hot tub can be booked for 35 euros for max 2 consecutive evenings. Every new guest gets clean water in the hot tub! The Veluwe with many cycling and hiking routes is about 1 km away. Bikes can be in the storage room.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Larix, a luxury forest cabin at 1hr from Amsterdam

A truly fairytale cabin. This cabin is situated on a small family estate (Dennenholt), in a beautiful forest, just outside a small village. The area is the largest nature area of north western Europe, called Veluwe, where you can get away from it all. The cabin is an old forest cabin turned into a comfortable suite. Due to its central location and easy access to the motorway network (6km), it is great for exploring The Netherlands (Utrecht, The Hague, Groningen, Amsterdam etc).

North Cottage

Beautiful cottage with a nice wide view over the meadows. There is room for 2 adults and possibly 1 baby up to 1 year old. There is a camp bed for the baby. It is a wonderfully cozy cottage within walking distance of the bustling & picturesque center of Voorthuizen. Voorthuizen is the perfect gateway to the Veluwe because of its convenient location. A good base for many hiking and biking trails and there is plenty to do in the area.

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.
