Under the chestnut tree is our romantic detached cottage in the picturesque Schellinkhout. Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, TV and 2 pers. bed with lovely mattress. In 10 steps you are on the sandy beach for swimming, sunbathing and (kite)surfing. Walk along the bird bread area, bike in the area, golf in Westwoud or explore VOC port towns of Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Bus stop and parking in front of the door. 30 min. from Amsterdam. Cozy restaurant 100m 100m away. Breakfast will be arranged on 1st day!

Op loopafstand en het strand van Lemmer. (Ca. 100 m) op loop afstand van het centrum Lemmer (Ca. 1000 meter) Beachclub met zwembad, restaurant. Vrij van drukte wil je graag op deze plek wonen en recreëren. De woning heeft alle faciliteiten, en meer. De locatie biedt veel natuur, en watersport activiteiten. Vissen, windsurfen, surfkiten en andere watersporten zijn op nog geen 250m aanwezig. Ook is er een enorm wandelgebied en een gezellig dorp. Vanuit de woning zie je een hele grote vijver. Eenden, waterhoenders, grote karpers, soms een bever en zelfs waterschilpadden zijn uw buren. s-avonds wordt u getrakteerd op een kwaakconcert.

Get away from it all, enjoy nature on the edge of the IJsselmeer and beach. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

This chalet is located at Familiepark Krieghuusbelten between Raalte and Ommen and for rent in the period from April 1, 2024 to October 1, 2024. No cleaning costs will be charged, but do expect to leave the chalet tidy!!!!
