With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level down are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into a Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free-standing on our 4.5-hectare property. The view is stunning and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. Fietsen, wandelen het bos in aan de andere kant van de dijk. historie opsnuiven in de polder of diverse attracties in de buurt bezoeken. Hier is voor ieder wat te doen.

Our beautifully decorated Tiny House is the ultimate place for a relaxing stay, but also for a laid back workation. This unique cottage is located on Europarcs Bad Hoophuizen where both the tranquility of nature and sporting water activities come together. On one side is the Veluwemeer with private beach, on the other is the vast Veluwe landscape with heathlands and lush forests where you can cycle and walk infinitely.

Our house is a nice little cozy home and is right in the middle of the historic part of town near the beach and sea which means everything is in walking distance, shops , restaurants, pubs, a bakery and the Port. A visit to the lighthouse, the museum, the monuments and the IJsselmeer fish market are highly recommended.. Our house can accommodate two people, couples, solo adventurers, cyclists or business travelers.
