The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The balcony and bedroom overlook the Øresund and the forest. Steep staircase to the first floor where the bedroom is located as well as desk and cabinet/dresser. There are 2 labrador dogs in the main house and dogs may be brought but the stairs are not dog or toddler friendly. Beach, forest, harbor, shopping, restaurants, bus and station within walking distance.

In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.
