Single loft apartment on the 3rd floor, centrally located. The apartment has a sloping roof and therefore the living area is only 20 m2, but will be experienced as larger. Five skylights provide good lighting conditions. Walking distance to the city centre, Aquarama, Bystranda, UiA, Sør Arena and open spaces. The nearest bus stop is 20 m. 150 m to bus metro with departure to the city center, Dyreparken, Sørlandssenteret, Kjevik airport and UiA. There are two grocery stores within 200 meters from the apartment. Restaurant and bakery a stone's throw away.

Nice little apartment, with small kitchen and living room in one, private bathroom, bedroom and private entrance, however, the stairs are a bit steep. Parking in free parking space about 250 m from the house, You also have to keep to the road, just past the house, by the long hedge 300 m to the fjord close to the centre of Ringkøbing market town, with the cozy inner city with the beautiful old square, the small streets with the fine old houses, the harbour with lots of life. There are only 10 km to Søndervig with the North Sea and lots of city life.

Upstairs apartment in the countryside of Mols. Quiet and scenic with 700 m to beach, (Begtrup Vig) neighbor to National Park Mols Bjerge, 15 km to Ebeltoft, 35 to Djurs Sommerland and 45 to Aarhus. The apartment is private. Shared outside areas for a fire, BBQ, eating, playing are plentiful. Towels and bed sheets are not included. Can be added at 50kr pr person. Strandgården - an oasis on Djursland

About 8 km from Grenå in beautiful surroundings you drive up Linde Alléen and are met by various animals. Through the gate you enter a closed courtyard with paradise apple trees and maybe a few peacocks. It is about 1000m to Karlby and Sangstrup cliffs and the sea, where there is a cosy and atmospheric small fishing bed with tables and barbecue space. It is an excellent fishing and diving area.

Everything was replaced and renovated in 2012, only the visible ceiling beams are kept. It has beautiful views from the apartment. Nice apartment with everything you need. Not super modern, but really cozy. Located right on the edge of the lovely Thy National Park. Easy to shop and probably Denmark's best swimming pool with wellness. 8 km to the Nordic's largest village church (Vestervig). 15 km to the Nordic's smallest village church (Lodbjerg) and Lodbjerg lighthouse. 8 km to Limfjorden and 12 km to the North Sea.
