In 10 steps, you are on the sandy beach for swimming, sunbathing and (kite)surfing. Walk along the bird breeding area, cycle in the area, golf in Westwoud or explore VOC harbor towns Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Bus stop and parking in front of the door. 30 minutes from Amsterdam. Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Ons zelf ontworpen huisje ligt midden in de velden, op 45 minuten rijden van Amsterdam. Het staat op een kleinschalig recreatiepark, waar wij ook een ander huisje hebben onder de naam Familie Buitenhuys. Je slaapt in een volledig huisje met vloerverwarming en alle comfort, met daaraan vast een tuinkas als extra leefruimte. Vanuit hier kijk je uit over de velden en de dijk aan het Markermeer: Nederland in zijn puurste vorm. Licht, eigenzinnig en speels ingedeeld. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.
