Kanalbyen is located by the sea on Odderøya, centrally located in Kristiansand, close to Kilden and Fiskebrygga. 5 min away from city center. In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

Stay quiet and rural close to several beautiful southern villages!

Do you and your family want peace and time together? We rent a home in rural and quiet surroundings, but still close to most major attractions in the south: Lillesand (20 min), Grimstad (35 min) and Kristiansand and the Zoo (about 30 min). The home is located in beautiful surroundings close to nature and in a vibrant agricultural environment with sheep, chickens, cows and cats. The area and the home are very child friendly. Feel free to rent a canoe for a trip in the paddle Eldorado Ogge, or enjoy the trails and viewpoints in the area! Welcome to us!

Balcony on both sides and light in from 4 edges! ☀️☀️ Just 15 meters from the edge of the pier means that it is closest to the sea of all apartments in the square. 🌊 The apartment is located on the car-free boardwalk. 🏝 You enjoy the panoramic view of the city fjord, the fortress and the city beach. Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. The riverside cabin home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

This elegant residence is perfect for those who are going on holiday to the south this summer. The apartment is 2 years old, and has most of the facilities you need. Approximately 20 minutes to drive to Kristiansand, and approximately 30 minutes to Dyreparken. Beautiful hiking areas right behind the apartment. Bed linens and towels included in price. Let me know if you have any questions. The address is listed as Kløvervegen 20, but the correct address is Kløvervegen 18.

Here is everything you need: bed linen, towel, cups and tubs, right near a lot, 30 min to Kr.sand and the zoo, hiking terrain and swimming opportunities. Central area, short distance to shops. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an undisturbed little south-facing terrace. If you want adrenaline rush, it is about 40 min drive to rafting and climbing park on Evje, 25 minutes to knit jump in the gorge on Øvrebø, 25 min to southern idyll at Fiskebrygga in Kr. Sand.

The apartment is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood located right by the forest/hiking areas. Kristiansand/Zoo is a 30 min drive. Vennesla has a diverse offer for all ages. Several gyms, great developed hiking trails in all parts of the village, excellent fishing opportunities, bungalow, swimming pool, swimming pool and playgrounds.
