The workshop is located 30 minutes from Rouen, 45 minutes from the beaches of the Alabaster Coast, 10 minutes from the Eawy forest and 1 hour from the Bay of Somme. For shops (supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, butchers, greengrocers, wine merchants, etc.), St Saëns and Buchy are 7-8 km away. Bread and pizza distributor 3 km away.

The Chaplain's House

The Great Alder Grove of Fontaine-Guérard

We offer four bedrooms and spacious living rooms in the heart of one of the most beautiful sites in the Andelle Valley. Crossed by the river and a small pond, in the heart of a vast and well-kept garden, offering varied and colorful scenery in all seasons, La Grande Aulnaie is bordered by the Fontaine-Guérard Abbey, the fascinating ruins of the Levavasseur spinning mill, and the Longboel Forest. The private woods of Fontaine-Guérard and Bonnemare are also open to our guests.

We welcome you to a village close to the main roads. Located in the Neufchâtelois region, ideal for family vacations, the house is located in a quiet and relaxing country setting. Walks in the Eawy forest or on the Avenue Verte Paris-London (5 minutes away). Discover the local heritage (Château de Mesnières 5 min, Rouen 40 min by A 28, Forges-les-Eaux 20 min...). Stroll along the beach or taste seafood in a restaurant facing the port of Dieppe (30 minutes).

This former dovecote, which we have lovingly renovated, welcomes you for a romantic getaway for two in the heart of the farm, in a secluded, green setting. In the evening, enjoy the wood-fired Nordic hot tub under the stars (optional). The tower comprises a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. A private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to fully enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside.
