We have been living in our own home for just over three years and have prepared a beautiful basement apartment in our basement rooms. It is located in a district of Verden. In the immediate vicinity there is a Rewe, Lidl and various leisure activities (swimming pool, climbing park...) - which makes a car almost superfluous. Bicycle tourists as well as train and car travelers are welcome here!

Vacation apartment on the farm

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse from 1935 and consists of 2 bedrooms with three beds (2x single bed, 1x king size), a living room with sofa bed, a dining room, kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub. Since it is an apartment in the countryside, there are of course also some flies and mosquitoes. A bottle of mosquito spray is therefore not a bad companion.

The apartment is on the upper floor of an old half-timbered farmhouse and has its own bathroom. There has also been a private kitchen since May 2026. The house is close to the Verwell swimming pool, the climbing park and the Niedersachsenhalle. And conveniently located between the motorway and the train station.
