Just 8 km from the highway, Rioveggio exit, and 3 km from the train station, getting to Bologna or Florence takes about 1 hour. You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The MOONLIT & SUNNY COTTAGE near Florence

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

From the windows of the apartment, on the second floor, you can admire the surrounding landscape from Monte San Vito, the gaze passes towards the Penna di Lucchio, the Towers of Popiglio up to the unmistakable peaks of the Open Book. The famous Suspension Bridge, also illuminated at night, does not go unnoticed. You can also walk to the village of San Marcello in about 15 minutes.

The house is ideal for those looking for relax in an atmosphere impossible to find in the most famous tourist locations. Surrounded by terraces where the olive trees are grown and open on the hillside offers a large fenced garden to allow you and your pets to spend a pleasant holiday.

Just 500 meters from the center of the village in a low-traffic area (the only passing cars are those of residents), it offers the opportunity to stay in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery but a stone's throw from all services. The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car. On our guidebook we listed the best traditional restaurants where dinner, several venues where taking a great breakfast and wonderful places to visit near us.
