The cottage is composed of a living room with a lot of character, a mezzanine living room, fully equipped kitchen, a very large and comfortable bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. The house is naturally cool in summer. The cozy atmosphere will charm you. Private closed garage. There is a restaurant in the village. 2 km from the nautical base, in the heart of the Condrieu and Saint-Joseph vineyards, cellars to visit, 20 minutes from the Peaugres Safari, Pilat Park, many hikes from the house.

Panoramic villa without V V jacuzzi /Sauna for a fee

Stunning views of the Rhone and the Lake; 25 min. from Lyon. Villa on the ground floor, a room, veranda, jacuzzi / sauna, are for a fee of €200/per family on 2 days, no stop, free pool, fishing, water skiing on the lake. The RESERVATION is 2 days min, in July and August it is 7 days minimum . The rate shown is for 4 people if + an additional charge of €40/adult and 30 for children under 17 years old and free for infants - 2 years to be paid on site, no visits or parties or nighttime noise

Its vineyards, wine, walks or bike rides on the Viarhona (which passes right in front of the cottage), its nautical base, its marina will enchant you for a weekend, a week or more of daydreaming, relaxation with family, friends or lovers or simply for work. The accommodation is located in the heart of Condrieu. 40 minutes from the center of Lyon.

This new home has a unique style. It was created in an old stone house. The view of the Rhône, the valley, the Alps is just sublime. This house was completely renovated in 2021. It is very well insulated in both winter and summer. Guests will enjoy a terrace with stunning views of Mont Pilat. We'll share the garden. You will discover the Pilat Regional Park, the vineyards of Condrieu, the Gallo-Roman city of Vienne... or you will work in the valley.

Gîte de la Faverge

Charming duplex on the garden level. Featuring a large living /dining room including a sofa bed with an equipped kitchen (upstairs), an outdoor dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. You have access to a heated indoor pool shared with another gite. For the tranquility of all, access to the Pool is not allowed after 10 p.m. The sheets are provided but towels are not the towels (on request additional charge) Guests do the cleaning before they leave.

Quiet 2-person studio in the Pilat

If you'd like a relaxing and quiet stay, you've found the right place. I offer you a small Studio for 1 or 2 people located in the Pilat Natural Park, at the Croix Régis pass in the commune of HAIES. Babies are also welcome: on request, I will install a baby bed and a small bathtub. The studio is located 10 km from Givors, Rive de Gier, Condrieu, Vienne and Loire sur Rhône. Trains from Givors station reach Lyon Part Dieu in 18 minutes.

Charming independent cottage in a farmhouse located between the Condrieu vineyards and the Parc du Pilat. Fully renovated in 2021, you will enjoy a spacious living room, a fitted kitchen and a large bedroom with bathroom.
