Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Old barn completely renovated in 2006 and very well maintained since. Quality equipment to make you feel at home, on vacation. Large Ardèche house

This old stone building of 140 m2 has been completely renovated and offers an atypical and warm space. Located 8 minutes by car from Aubenas, 10 minutes from Lussas (documentary festival at the end of August) and 20 minutes from Privas, my house is in the heart of the old Vesseaux. Quiet, with a courtyard, a garden and two large terraces, 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. It is close to shops (bakery, butcher, Vival) and many river and hiking corners.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails from the cottage. Ideally located close to the tourist villages of South Ardèche (but quieter) and the Ardèche mountains. Mild and pleasant climate out of season. Linen not provided: €10 per person to be paid on-site (160 bed). The host offers Chinese energy treatments (acupuncture, acupressure, massages...) and plant picking workshops, cooking.

Large typical Ardèche house beautifully renovated and located 10 minutes from Aubenas. In the heart of nature with more than 5000 m2 of land and close to the Ardèche gorges.
