Laurence’s house is beautiful and very clean. It is in a nice quiet area with easy access to lots of lovely places.

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

We had a great stay! The site is really very nice, very quiet, while being close to the center of the village (local shops) charming and welcoming. In addition, it allows you to travel to a large part of the Var/Côte d'Azur region. The accommodation is as described, spacious, warm and offers beautiful services: very comfortable and very well equipped. The pool with views is great! We were hosted very well. Smooth communication and unfailing responsiveness. I would highly recommend it!

A perfect setting in the hills, the apartment is at the top, functional and very nice. The sauna and spa tub a delight to relax!! A hearty, and local breakfast, don't hesitate to come try!!

A fairly exceptional place for the French Riviera: quiet, welcoming with an environment without vis-à-vis, very green and full sky. This allows you to distance yourself from the frenzy of the French Riviera during these summer periods. Communication with Joyce is easy and confident, making it easy to feel good. And lots of little touches made us feel like friends. Similarly, the house is very nicely decorated with taste and simplicity (different from photos and even prettier) and it is very well equipped. And, as regulars of the Colle sur Loup for over 30 years, we definitely recommend Maison Joa Terra!

Emmanuelle is a hospitality professional. She is friendly and welcoming. Its duplex is as described in the advertisement . We slept very well quietly in a serene affair. A big thank you to you, Emmanuelle and Airbnb who relocated us quickly after the very bad experience we had just had in the previous accommodation on the Marina. We would highly recommend

It was a pleasure to stay at Laetitia's, the apartment was clean and compliant, we enjoyed the private class and the fragrance of the orange flowers.

Fantastic accommodation with a brilliant host! We had 10 people staying in the whole rental unit and there was lots of space for everyone! 5 seperate bedrooms with en-suites, 2 kitchens, brilliant showers and everything was clean, tidy and well kept! Perfect for a group or families! The highlight was the rooftop with a stunning view across the beach and up to the mountains, the sunsets were spectacular! Great garden space with French Boules (Pétanque) court aswell. Fantastic concierge who answered any issues we had with great speed. Right beside the beach (1 minute walk under the tunnel) which was sandy (not rocky like Nice) and the water was perfect. 10-15 minute walk from train station which gets you anywhere around the south coast from Cannes to Monaco. Close to Juan Les Pins (walking) and Antibes (Uber or train). Aqua park and mini golf 15 mins drive away aswell. Overall the best Air bnb accommodation I have stayed in due to all the factors above, thank you!

Large house with a really nice pool area overlooking the mountains in private and quiet surroundings. Well equipped kitchen and aircon in all bedrooms and in kitchen-dining area.

Marion was a brilliant host. Helpful and friendly before, during and after. The location and house was exactly as described. The area was good to visit Antibes, Nice and many more locations. Thank you Marion, Phil and the cats.

We hope to be lucky enough to one day return. This was a beautiful, relaxing spot and we all (2 families traveling together) enjoyed our stay so much. It is obvious that this home has been used to make beautiful family memories, it is charming and comfortable and was well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our time. We all wished we had a few more days to relax at the house and explore the immediate area.
