The villa is located on a sunny south-facing dominant hill with a breathtaking sea view where you can see the entire bay of Cagnes-sur-Mer to Cap d'Antibes, and to the west a view of Col de Vence and Baou de Saint-Jeannet. It is located in a private property, quiet, surrounded by century-old olive trees and a rose farm that you can visit.

My accommodation is located on Gairaut Hill, overlooking the city and the sea with exceptional views. The house has a large terrace, a nice garden and is close to the pool (communal) which is very quiet and not very busy. Art, culture, restaurants, local shops, all the pleasures of the French Riviera. You'll love my place because of its calm and refinement. A vehicle will be more convenient for visiting the surroundings.
