This comfortable studio is located in the historic center of the old town of Sion, in a charming neighborhood with small pedestrian streets dating from the Middle Ages. Central but very quiet location, only accessible on foot or by bike. However, the parking « Scex », shops, restaurants, bars, museums, art galleries, the Valère theater, the traditional Friday market in the old town, the castles of Valère and Tourbillon are just a few minutes walk away. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

It is idealy situated between the valley and the moutain so that you can easyly reach it all year round and have acces to the ski domaines 4 vallés (30min) et veysonnaz in the winter but also the mountains and the city (15 min) for other activities in the summer and throughout the year.
