Monthly Rentals in Milano

Great stay! Lovely apartment that had everything you would need for a short stay (especially the umbrellas which helped us out with unexpected rain!) Balcony is a lovely addition that allowl you to enjoy the lovely sun (when it came out!). Train station within walking distance along with lots of lovely restaurants, within the Brera area. Fairly straight walk to the Duomo about 20 minutes or so. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment stay was lovely and ever so enjoyable! Its proximity to Eataly, nice restaurants and shops made it ideal for my husband and me. It’s close to the train station and major tourist spots but not in the thick of it. The apartment itself is very comfortable and quiet. Maria could not have been more helpful in advance of, during, and even after our stay! Highly recommend this apartment and host!

The apartment was just as described. Davide’s communication was impeccable, he responded within minutes each time we had a question. Location is also great and right in the middle of everything! I wish we had spent more time at the apartment, but the convenient location made is very easy for us to wonder around for the entire stay :) which Im not complaining about. Great few stores/cafes/restaurants within walking distance . Would definitely stay here again!

Coming for work, it is always a relief for a nice space in a neighborhood with all the conveniences needed. The walk to the metro, a grocery store, restaurants (with takeout!), and safety are my prime needs. This all is had here plus with the bonus of a warm shower with good water pressure. Makes a difference in the day to day! Alessandro and Laura are excellent communicators. I plan to make it a go to for my future visits.
