Park the car in the underground garage (1.9 m) and go on vacation! Sleeps up to 6 on 2 levels (steep stairs, 1 toilet). Right outside the door: in winter, ski lift, cross-country ski trail, winter hiking trails. In summer, there is a lake, hiking and biking trails. Ski/bike, shoe room. After a day outside, you can cuddle up in the apartment. Use the swimming pool, 2 different saunas, Kneipp, cold bath, relaxation room or fitness center for relaxation. Comfortable apartment located on the 5th floor (penultimate), elevator, garage, indoor pool and SPA, laundry, ski closet. The apartment is spacious and bright with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything you need to enjoy a period of total relaxation. A beautiful glass corner where you can relax and enjoy the wide and magnificent view of the mountains and ski slopes. Ski slopes and town center within walking distance.

Cozy mountain apartment close to all amenities

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walking distance: a number of excellent restaurants, the supermarket, Laax lake, Laax indoor pool/spa, the bus to the gondola base stations in Laax/Falera/Flims. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 coffee machines (filter & Nespresso), toaster, cheese fondue set, and even a popcorn maker. Unfortunately it doesn't have a dishwasher (yet). The balcony has great views! And the fireplace adds even more charm.

Super comfortable, new house on 3 floors. We built it how we like it! Large, well equipped kitchen with a rocket R58 to make the best coffee! Living/dining area and bedrooms with views. Balconies on 3 floors. Relax, enjoy food, wine and company. No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Storage for bikes/skis, laundry, small gym. Find us online for more pics!
