Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Rustic Tuscan Housa

The property is surrounded by 2 hectares of land, the majority is terraced with olive trees. The property is reached easily from the main street. The cottage is set amidst a beautiful well kept garden, equipped with two outdoor areas with tables, chairs and barbeque for your dining al fresco. There is a nice swimming pool (set in earth, 6.30x4.30m, deep: 1.55m) on the side of the house, with deckchairs and sun-beds. A nest of relaxation and pampering

The single cottage, equipped with all comforts, is located in the beautiful setting of the Versilian hills in a small village crossed also by a stretch of the Via Francigena. A quiet location, a great place for complete relaxation. A few km from Lido di Camaiore beach. It enjoys a self-contained entrance, large parking and private garden, completely fenced, suitable for your furry friends. If you're looking for peace and quiet, but with services at your fingertips, you're in the right place!

@collecottage is AirBnB as it was intended. Located near the village of Colle di Compito. The cottage is very private, protected from view by hedges. Conveniently located just 30 km from Pisa airport, the cottage makes a great home base for various day trips: 14.5 km to Lucca; 39 km to the beach of Viareggio; Florence or Volterra are an hour away. There is a bus stop a short walk from the cottage and the nearest train stations are Altopascio (12km), Lucca(15km) & Pontedera (16km).

Agliano's House

The apartment is on the second floor, with an additional room on the ground floor if there are more than 4 guests. An ideal solution for spending a period in total relaxation. Agliano is a small and delightful village near Lake Gramolazzo, a few km from Lake Vagli Sotto known for the submerged village called "ghost". Nearby, in Gorfigliano, is the old church of the early 1700s with the Museum of the Identity of Alta Garfagnana "Olinto Cammelli". Possibility of sports on the lake.
