Two rooms apartment in valuable building of the city centre, 100m from the seaside. The flat measures approx. 45 sqm. It is placed on a mezzanine floor (between 1st and 2nd floor) separated only by seven steps from the 2nd floor, which is serviced by a lift. It consists of a tiny hall, a living-room with sleeping sofa (French style) and a kitchenette; a small bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with additional single bed, a balcony with view on the inner courtyard, washing machine and basins.
