Gite de la Vallée

Beautiful isolated valley, a peaceful oasis, a green setting where rivers and pond intertwine, its private terrace overlooking the river. The gite is located on the 1st floor of the building with a view across the valley. This one consists of a large living room (living/dining room/kitchen), 1 bedroom and 1 beautiful shower room. Relax in this quiet and stylish cottage overlooking the stables, horses, and valley. The cottage is classified 3*, without tourist tax. Le Haras des Souches is not an equestrian center. The entrance is separate from the Norman farmhouse that I have just restored. Set on 4 hectares on the edge of a forest. 3km from Pavilly, 7km from Barentin shopping center, on the Rouen 20mn axis, Dieppe 35mn; Amiens, Le Havre A29 The Parking is private, closed by a gate. La Maison de Melmont

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.
