The house is located by itself on the beach, and here is idyllic, peace and quiet. The cottage is located in the middle of nature, and you will wake up to the sound of waves and wildlife close by. We have a lovely Bed and Breakfast apartment with space for coziness both indoors and outdoors. You get your own kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom and if you have an electric car, you can charge it with us. You will find everything from garden furniture, hammock and outdoor activities in the form of games and a trampoline. The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3-minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake, which you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

Little Red Riding Hood's House - hidden in the deep, quiet forest

Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

Idyllic and cozy in the old harbor town of Hjarbæk fjord.

Nice cozy fishing hut of 30 sqm. In the beautiful old harbor town by the Hærvejen. The house is located in the garden by the town's oldest fishing house from 1777 and has its own entrance from the street. The house contains a large living room with 4 bunk beds, a small toilet and bathroom as well as a small kitchen with a fridge, microwave and electric kettle and 2 hobs. A covered terrace with a view of the fjord. Opposite is the Old Inn, which was a customs house in the old days when the salt (the white gold) was sailed here from Læsø by the Cathedral's sailing ship

The cottage

"The cabin" is a fully insulated wooden cabin with underfloor heating in all rooms. Large living room with kitchen (sofa bed), one room (sofa bed), toilet with bath and a large loft. The “cabin” is 66 m2 and was newly built in 2017. It is located at the bottom of our garden in a private villa area overlooking open fields and trail systems close to forest and beach. There is a path to the water (10 min. walk) and Glyngøre town, where you will find shopping and restaurants. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, hobs, kettle, coffee maker, service.

Unique little forest cabin by forest and stream

Forest cabin in scenic surroundings. Located on a 5200 m2 private property. In the immediate area there is access to Karup River and Nature National Park Kompedal Plantage. In the cottage there is a kitchen-living room, wood stove, bathroom, bedroom with a short double bed (NOTE the bed is short W: 140 x L: 180 cm) and loft with 2 beds (180 x 200). There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.

There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" cosiness with a large screen, a game of foosball or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. There's a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Close to nature in Himmerland

The home is located in rural surroundings with many opportunities for experiences in nature. Parking right at the door. "Aftægtshuset" is a home of 80 m2, of which 50 m2 is used by AirB&b guests. 2 beds with the possibility of additional bedding. Bathroom and kitchenette with refrigerator. Note that there is no stove. Try, for example, a hike on the Himmerland Trail, a fishing trip at the beautiful Simested Å, or visit the lovely Rosenpark and activity park. The area also offers exciting museums.
