The townhouse itself is 92 m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms, an office, living room and kitchen. It's all decorated with lovely colors and my personal things, so it's not just made for rent, but also my home!

The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde School). Beautiful viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10-minute walk from the house.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away.
