I had a great stay. Carlos was very kind from the beginning with my reservation, then during check-in and check-out. The location is excellent, although I knew the area and looked particularly there, it is an area with easy access, with several buses and the station three to two blocks away.

Everything is excellent. Host of 10. We forgot some things and already coordinated to get them back!!

I'm sure I'll be back in Silvina's apartment! She is a very dedicated host and willing to facilitate the guest's stay. Also the location is excellent and the apartment is very attractive and comfortable.

Neighborhood with tree-lined streets, further away from the central regions. Large and plant-filled balcony, good for remote work! Thanks Adrian for the stay.

This is the second time I've spent a season here and as always I felt at home. The apartment has everything and is in a beautiful area with a lot to do :) In addition, Mariano is very proactive and communication is always very fast. I already have another date confirmed here and I recommend it for anyone who comes to Buenos Aires and wants to be in a quiet area like Núñez.

We are a family with a small child and we stayed at this apartment while visiting other family who live in the neighborhood. Like with the description, we truly felt at home here. It was very easy to make oneself comfortable. We had enough room, the bathrooms were large (with bathtubs and bidets), the living room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was an added plus. The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for us and our needs on this trip to Buenos Aires. The bedrooms have black-out curtains, so we slept like babies. The neighborhood has all of the amenities you need for a longer stay. The only item lacking is that it would have been nice if the apartment had been stocked with amenities like dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, and extra toilet paper, since we stayed for several weeks.

I have been to over 30 airbnb’s in the past year for work, and Maria’s has been my favorite one so far. An amazing and lovely family and a house that felt like a home. Would greatly recommend to anyone visiting Buenos Aires in the future.

I thank Silvina, on the day of check-in, we had agreed to check in for 9:00 pm, but for some complications we arrived around 10:30 pm, they were very patient and waited for us, always with the best good wave, the house is great to spend a few days disconnected from everything, the pool 10, in the check-out they let us leave a few hours after the indicated, I recommend 100%

Not much time I stayed but Paula and Sergio were very helpful and friendly. A warm and welcoming place, tasteful in decoration and in a super quiet area

I stayed 1 month and a half at the accommodation and I couldn't have felt more comfortable! The space was spacious, airy and I had amenities/utensils at my disposal. The internet did not fluctuate at any time and once a week, there is a person who ensures the cleaning of the rooms and common spaces. The interaction with neighbors and roomies was very peaceful, discreet and respectful. Clau was always close and attentive, from before the reservation when I was asking questions, during my stay and at checkout. It was my first experience in Buenos Aires and how lucky I was to have been in Saavedra, especially in this accommodation. I highly recommend it! P.S. I am delighted with Saavedra, what a nice neighborhood!

Great place to stay !! The people in the super friendly building

The truth is that it is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood, easy to get around with public transport, Jorge the truth that always very predisposed. When we arrived, I explain everything to us. The room and the place is very nice.

Beautiful home. Not your average sterile Airbnb, but rather filled with life and art. Extensive bookshelf with great reading selections, recommend “Romeo and Juliet” as well as “Zen”. Olivos is very walkable, with grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Lots of greenery surrounding the streets, making for relaxing strolls. Lastly, watering the plants was a fun little touch, I’ll miss them.

Tomas was super friendly from the start. He always answered our messages quickly, greeted us at the home, was always available and super friendly.

We had a great time in the apartment of Cintia, who is a very attentive host. The depto itself has all the amenities, a very clean bathroom with very good water pressure. Especially we liked the large bedroom with an exit to the balcony and a comfortable bed. Also the kitchen has all the utilities for a longer stay. Nearby is a Hypermarket Carrefour and the shopping center of Vicente Lopez. But the most beautiful thing is the promenade of the coast and the children's park, which invites you to spend a summer day on the banks of the silver river. We'll be back with pleasure!

Excellent stay, would come back again! very comfortable and excellent cleanliness! Always attentive to help, many details that help, such as a pro coffee maker, if you're a coffee lover! the comfort and very practical ! The area is quiet and practical for getting around to other points in the city ! The pool is very well cared for too! In general everything offered, it works! satisfied with the stay! Great place to stay in Buenos Aires. Easy access by car and also relatively close to subway station. The place is beautiful, well equipped and as seen in pictures. The building’s pool, garden and cafe are great and very convenient. Ale is a great host, highly responsive and also very accommodating. He managed to secure a parking space for us which made a big difference to our stay and was well worth the price. Great experience overall. We’ll hopefully return soon

Monica’s apartment is a great solution for anyone going to Villa Ballester. It is a short walk away from the main road with lots of shops, eateries and delicious pastelarias, and very close to the local train station, with direct trains to the city centre and stations connecting to Subte lines. Photos of the flat are accurate but we advise to double check availability of amenities described (in our case, travel cot bed and the dryer listed in the description were not available, but to be honest we didn’t ask in advance). Monica is overall a great host, super responsive and helpful. We will surely stay again at her place next time we are visiting Ballester!
