We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is within walking distance of Clermont-Ferrand city center and conveniently close to good-quality local grocery shops. It was clean, nicely decorated, and felt very comfortable. The only two minor issues were a toaster that didn’t work properly and an occasional unpleasant smell in the shower room. However, the smell seemed more related to the building than the apartment itself, which was otherwise very clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to enjoy Clermont-Ferrand and its surroundings.

Very pleasant stay in this quiet accommodation in the city center. Our activities were within walking distance, so were the shops. We'll be back with pleasure if the opportunity arises again!

Beautiful house-room in the center of Clermont-Ferrand, 2 minutes from the Cathedral and 15-20 minutes walk from the train station. The accommodation is extremely clean and very well renovated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and it's a huge plus! Both terraces are extremely pleasant. And the whole place is very peaceful and private. There are all the amenities on site, especially in the kitchen. There is parking included a few minutes walk away for two cars which is very convenient too. Lanjri was super helpful, he showed us around the house and told us everything we needed to know. There's plenty to do, even chargers! For a large group it was perfect, nothing to say!

Sébastien was very welcoming. The place is even better than in the photos. Spacious, the possibility of arranging the dining room is a plus and the games room doesn't talk about it!! Too good! The whole family , big and small, was thrilled!! We keep the address, that's for sure!!

We enjoyed our stay with Chantal and Patrick who are welcoming hosts. The accommodation is impeccable, very well equipped and like new. The children's boat version room is working! On these sunny days we enjoyed the garden table and plancha! It was great!

We only spent one night she agreed to welcome us anyway. only 30 minutes from gingham. a stone's throw from the center of the village of Lapalisse. Beautiful cottage with very beautiful landscapes. the apartment is breathtaking, the magnificent decoration is super spacious with bedding that is very good. it feels like home is so well done. the area is very good the village is also very quiet away from the tumults of big cities. The cottage is very well made, it is composed of common areas with lots of games for families. A friendly place where you feel at home from check-in. Thank you to the hosts who are available and caring. Before we arrive they take the time to message us with all the important information to allow us to prepare for our arrival. I would 100% recommend this place and thank hosts again for their availability🥰

Super well located apartment, lots of shops around the residence, store, tobacco shop, bank... Otherwise you can walk a little to find yourself on Place de Jaude with bars and shops. Feel free to book it if you're in the area.

It's an apartment that has just been renovated, and it's a successful renovation. Spacious (there were two of us), pleasant to live in, very functional, effective decoration. Convenient location near the city center. Sylvie was available and responsive. Very pleased with our stay.

The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is very easy to access, close to the train station and different buses to visit the surroundings. The bedding is top notch I recommend the Magnolpas butcher shop too far away for quality meat and the restaurant Les Commerçants to the train station for an excellent truffle.
