My house is an INDIPENDENT home in a New residence (2017) with swimming pool (opened from June to September) and private parking. There are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is a small garden usefull to stay and eat during summer. The house is 10 minutes by car from the best beaches of north of Sardegna. The best way to reach the north of Sardegna is by Airplane (Ryanair or Easyjet. Airport are ALGHERO or OLBIA) or boat (Moby Lines. Corsica ferries)

A unique location in a corner of paradise, we are in the beautiful Gulf of Orosei Notice: As of April 2023, the municipality of Orosei has established a tourist tax of €1 per day per person over the age of 12.
