The apartment is also close to the famous Zentralfriedhof (one of the biggest graveyards in the world) and to the St. Marx graveyard (Mozart's grave is located there). Several supermarkets within walking distance.

Therefore, there are still a lot of personal items in the apartment. You feel really comfortable here, almost at home, thanks to the warm and stylish furnishings. The apartment has two large terraces, one to the east (rising sun) and the other to the west (sun setting), which give a special light to the atmosphere.
