Monthly Rentals in Vieques

Great apartment! Walking distance from the ferry and easy to find. Great place to stay if you’re there for the Luminescent Bay. Plus the host has coolers and lawn chairs that you can take to the beaches close by. Great host, and amazing apartment!

Don’t think about it, just book!!! One of the coolest and most unique Airbnbs my husband and I have ever stayed at. Room was cozy and clean, the outdoor shower was so peaceful with all the nature sounds, and the surroundings were so serene. Very thoughtful design by the host. But the best part was the host himself!! Jason was very responsive, friendly, and helpful with local recommendations. He even offered to make us coffee in the morning. On top of that, we had a huge hiccup with our rental car and as a last resort, we contacted Jason for help. He did everything he could to ensure we made it back to the Airbnb AND back to the rental car to resolve the issue. Our only regret is we wish we could’ve stayed longer and tried some of his coffee, we’ll definitely be staying here again if it’s available the next time we’re in Vieques!! I’m telling everyone who will listen to BOOK THIS AIRBNB!!

Brent’s place is in a beautiful location. The views into the wildlife refuge are stunning. We loved the hammocks and the consistent breeze kept it cool. We had a golf cart and enjoyed bouncing around on the dirt roads and stopping to pet horses. It was foaling season and we must have seen over 30 newborn foals. So cute! Our favorite beach was La Chiva. We snorkeled every day and saw turtles, rays and star fish. The cottage is small and simple. There’s a fair amount of pre-dawn cocka-doodle-dooing which is typical of the islands but tough for light sleepers. We cooked fish many nights from the fish market below El Norte, a delicious open air restaurant. Vieques has a groovy, mellow island vibe, and this house matches it. The warm, extra salty ocean and soothing trade winds made for a rejuvenating vacation.

Great host and place to stay at. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Yesenia for everything.
