Modern, fine and in the middle of it all - the 5* vacation apartment (opened in 2022) with high-end amenities in a completely renovated former blacksmith workshop. The fully equipped "Werkstatt" vacation apartment - on the first floor with 40 m² for 2 people is located at an altitude of 440 m on the southern slope of the Thuringian Forest in the winter sports and vacation region of Oberhof. Surrounded by wonderful hiking opportunities, it is also the starting point for numerous tourist highlights in the green heart of Germany.

The house is situated in a quiet side street. Butcher with bratwurst stand, soft ice cream machine, kebab, corner store, library, bank machine, restaurant and church are just around the corner. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. It starts on the Rennsteig cycle path at Oberhof and ends in Einhausen on the Werratal cycle path. Bicycles can be borrowed from us free of charge. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. Hiking and skiing areas on the ridge of the Thuringian Forest are within easy reach.

This beautiful and newly renovated apartment is located in the middle of the Thuringian Forest in Suhl-Mäbendorf with a parking space on the property. Large cottage garden for shared use. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The ski and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international sports facilities and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport. Meiningen, Erfurt, Weimar or Coburg are also worth a visit and are easily accessible.

The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

This bright apartment with exposed sloping ceilings offers lovely views across the town. It is quietly yet centrally located: bus stops, shops and cafés can be reached within a 5-minute walk. Free parking is available befor the house. With Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a workspace, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, it is ideal for couples, families and business travellers.

Vacation home "Feuerzauber"

Discover this modern holiday home on the outskirts of Zella-Mehlis, where a unique nature experience with panoramic views over the idyllic Ruppertstal awaits you. Only 200 metres from the edge of the forest, you will find your perfect retreat at any time of the year. The 60m² living space was designed with high-quality, natural materials. On the ground floor, you will find a cosy living area with a rocking chair and pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen and a rock bath with a rain shower.

Vacation home “Gina” on the edge of the forest

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

In the Schmalkalden apartment, well-being is the top priority. The modern and tasteful furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Towels, sheets, shower gel and shampoo are available free of charge in the apartment. We are in a 5-star hotel, only with much more flexibility. Feel at home. Despite its central location and the walking distance to the picturesque city center with half-timbered buildings, the apartment is quietly located on a quiet one-way street.

With this unique home, all the important points of contact are close by. This makes planning your stay very straightforward. The flat is centrally located in the Dichterviertel, surrounded by beautiful parks, the Flutgraben, many bridges and close to the beautiful Steigerwald. If you want to explore the Old Town, with its many sights, it's only about a 10-minute walk. But you can also take the tram. The stop is practically on the doorstep.
