Villa Cupabia sea view 5 bedrooms all comfort

Villa Cupabia, a 3-star tourist accommodation, is located in the municipality of Viggianello. Spacious and fully air-conditioned, it offers a capacity for 10 people It has a beautiful sea and mountain view. There is a private pool (heated off-season) and deckchairs. Its outdoor terrace (fully tiled) overlooking the pool allows you to have very good convivial moments as well as enjoy the Corsican sun. The terrace is partially covered, equipped with a summer kitchen and a plancha. It will allow you to eat in the shade in peace. The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, sheets, bath and pool towels are included in the price as well as cleaning. Ajaccio Airport is 1H15 drive and Figari Airport is a 1H drive from the villa. The port of Propriano, for your ferry arrivals, is located 5 minutes from the villa. Propriano is ideally located for visiting by car the south of Corsica: the magnificent beaches of Porto-Vecchio, the incredible site of Bonifacio, the beautiful perched village of Sartene, the Genovese tower of Campomoro and finally the needles of Bavella for beautiful hikes. There are several activities nearby: hiking, diving, canyoning, jet skiing, boat rides, sailing and many more! La petite maison se situe dans un hameau très calme sur la commune de Figari, au milieu de nulle part mais près de tout! Nous sommes à 15 minutes de Porto-Vecchio, 25 minutes de Bonifacio et à 10 minutes de l’aéroport de Figari. A 10 et 20 kms des plus belles plages de la Corse du sud. Comfortable 22 m² studio, close to Sartene

Granite house, in the hamlet of Casabianca, separated into 2 apartments (see my profile). You will have the apartment located on the ground floor (22 m²). It includes a fully equipped living room/kitchen with TV, as well as a bedroom with TV and a bathroom/toilet. The apartment has half of the square behind the house. This will give you access to a table and BBQ. The clothesline is shared with the 2nd apartment.
