Ground floor apartment of approx. 60 sqm, comfortable and welcoming, equipped with an equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, TV area and Wi-Fi, double bedroom and bathroom with shower, complete with all the necessary accessories. Equipped with air conditioning and dehumidifier. It is convenient because it has access right on state road 143 but it is also quiet and relaxing because it faces a natural, country environment.
