The apartment is about 60 sqm, on the 1st floor of a residential house, and has a separate entrance. In the living room there is TV with Blu-ray player, cromecast and many TV channels. The bedroom has a double bed. In addition, two mattresses that you can put on the floor. 1 person (max 180 cm) can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Screened, sunny terrace with dining area and sofa nook. The rent includes everything, bring toiletries and food.

Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Close to the city in Sandefjord and still you feel that you are staying in the nature. Free parking outside of the apartment. Bus stops 2 minutes walk from the apartment. You will see the fjord from the windows and the boats to Sweden. It takes 8 min to drive to Sandefjord ,12 min to Larvik. Torp airport is 15 min. Put on your hiking boots and walk direct onto the hiking track and use kyststien. New 65 inchTV and high speed internet. When outside, there is noticeable traffic passing by.

Welcome to Malmøya, a scenic Island in central Oslo. The nearest convenience store, Malmøya Lanthandel, is 10 min away by foot. The bus takes you from there downtown in less than 20 minutes. Malmøya is well known for it's ore foundation that gives rise to its scenic nature and surroundings. You can hike as well as bathe her throughout the year. Malmøya, and the city, is best experienced by bike or foot. We have a maid cleaning the property. You only need to throw out the trash.
