It is said that Telemark is Norway in miniature. Ulefoss is again the most central point for exploring Telemark. Day trips to Oslo to the east or Kristiansand to the south-west are fine. The house of Tangen is located on the waterfront in the middle of the Telemark Canal, with 70 meters of swimming and fishing-friendly beach. You sit in the first row to an amazing wildlife with ducks, swans, geese and not least beavers who daily have their swimming trips past the garden. Just as cosy on the patio in summer as in front of the fireplace in winter. Distance to the beach with beach volleyball court about 150m. Stunning ocean view cottage

200 m walk to beautiful Båteviken just by "Kuststigen" (hiking trail) where you can swim and enjoy the day in the sand or at the cliffs. In the garden there are plenty room for relaxing or running. The two small houses host two smaller families (there are 4 beds suited for 4-6 adults and three suited for children) with three bedrooms (2 in the main house) on the terrace there are outdoor furniture and a small barbeque. In the area you have mini golf, playground, SPA, restaurant and golf course.

Two bedroom cottage has accessto lake.

Summer: the cabin is 1 min from the lake just walking distance at the back of the main house. We have sitting area by the lake and sitting area by the small river (this is nearest to the cabin). Feel free to choose. Winter: The cottage is a 20 mins drive to Rauland Ski Center. You can also ski on the frozen lake. Cross country is also a possibility near the area. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Has access to lake. Great way to spend your summer.

Lovely little house with its own wood fired back stove.

The "Firehouse" was built in 2004 with all the modern qualities. There are heating cables on the floor, private terrace, a great wood-fired back oven and a growing area just outside. The house includes a bedroom and loft. Small social house by lake, only 30 min. from Oslo

This small social house is situated on the brink of Østmarka national park. You probably will not meet the shy wolf and lynx, but you might see deer og moose. Neighbours are friendly, the city is close. I live here, but sleep in my workshop next door when I have guests. When you are visiting, we share the kitchen and the bathroom, and the big garden. Book a forest bathing walk if you want 2-3 hours of relaxation., I am a certified guide.

Short way to the sea, all alone with no direct neighbors. A peninsula alone, but still central with approx. 30 min to town. And 10 min to shop and restaurant. In one with nature There are good fishing opportunities in Stora Le. Which the yard borders. Gets those who have experience with a boat. It may be possible to rent this.
