A casa do Riu outrora uma taberna situa-se no traçado original da N2 e tem mais de 70 anos. É composta por dois andares ligados por uma estreita escadaria. No andar de baixo encontramos dois quartos a casa de banho a sala e a cozinha. No primeiro andar, dois quartos de casal e um hall com acesso direto ao exterior! Possui um terraço onde pode disfrutar de refeições ao ar livre, uma grande área de jardim e na zona mais alta da propriedade encontra-se a piscina e uma zona de lazer com relvado.

Leve toda a família a este ótimo lugar com muito espaço para se divertir. Situada na pitoresca aldeia da Matagosa, junto ao Rio Zêzere. A Vila T2 Joaquim da Mota é composta por dois andares. No primeiro andar, encontramos um quarto de casal e outro quarto com duas camas individuais assim como uma casa de banho completa com banheira. O andar de baixo é composto por uma cozinha com acesso a terraço privado, uma casa de banho social, uma despensa e uma sala também com acesso ao terraço privado.
