Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Vila Franca de Xira

Our group wanted to stay outside of the city and we found this fantastic beach house 25 minutes outside of Lisbon. Easy to go into the city for the day if you’d like. However there are great restaurants and a beautiful beach to relax at in Costa de Caparica. The host is extremely responsive and helpful, and the home was perfect for our group of 14. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Elsa is super friendly! The apartment was clean and very spacious, it had everything you need! I would definitely go back.

This was one of the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed at. Even Hilton doesn’t prepare their rooms as perfectly as Claudia’s. It was super well decorated, extremely clean, had everything you needed. It was also a walkable distance from the ferry which is your best way to get to Lisbon (be careful of the weather as they can cancel the last one if there is too much wind). Claudia was hands down why this app was created and if all the host took so much care of their guests, it would be amazing. 1000% would recommand !

Zulmira and her family are just so friendly and kind I felt at home. The place was very clean, beautiful and also everything we could think of was prepared the area is so peacful and calm I could not suggest it anymore everything was so perfect

Great place with quick communication in Lisbon (about 30 min). The pool table loved my teens. Equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

Sonia and simon were great hosts. Very responsive, the house is beautiful. We didn't take time to explore the immediate neighbourhood, but the train station is very close by, probably 1 mile, walkable, with fast and frequent trains into Lisbon. We got an uber a couple of times to Praia Fonta da Telha which was stunning, was about 9 euros. The villa is stunning and the heated pool was great for our kids. All in all a great stay, fantastic access to Lisbon via the train and to the beaches.

Prez was particularly attentive: everything necessary and even more was available in the apartment. He was very flexible, kind and committed to sharing many tips. The apartment is well equipped and quite as described. I would recommend it 100%

This Airbnb was exactly what my group was looking for! The house looked just like the photos, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Rudy’s mother, Sylvie, who kindly introduced us to the space. The pool and outdoor seating area were lovely additions, and having a walkable grocery store nearby was super convenient. Rudy and Sylvie were very responsive and made us feel truly welcome. We would absolutely stay here again—thanks for a wonderful experience!

We just got back home after a week at Mario’s and Tomasz’s place and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The location is great and the apartment has everything you need. The extra bathroom was a welcome luxury and we really enjoyed evenings on the balcony sipping wine. Mario and Tomasz were wonderful hosts. Mario welcomed us at the entrance to the building and explained everything. He also offered a lot of information on how to get around, what to do and where to eat. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay and were very responsive. There are some great places close by where you can get breakfast. Copenhagen Coffee Lab is just up the street with good coffee and some danish style breakfast options. We went to Instant Crunch twice to enjoy their back patio. Great breakfast and brunch options. Also if you are into coffee you have to go to Dramático, absolutely superb. Would love to come back.

We went with a family of 9 people, we loved it, the outdoor space is great for children. The house has everything you need for a stay. Very calm and very pleasant area. We want to go back! Carlos was always available to help if necessary.

The place is even better than the pictures. Super quiet place and extremely friendly neighborhood. It was exactly what we were looking for to spend Easter as a family. The mobility to the center of Lisbon was easy to Uber and we were able to understand how much the hosting was thought of welcoming the guests. All very comfortable, tidy and full of amenities. The apartment is extremely wide. We were in 3 adults and 2 children and we still had lunch with my sister, brother-in-law and niece at Easter. The rooms were impeccable and super-equipped with cabinets, bedding, heating and all the items for nothing missing. We felt at home. Thanks Patricia and Sofia for being so cordial to us and for the space at Amadora! Certainly it is a place that returning to Lisbon would like to stay again.

We felt very comfortable in the Carregado house. It was all exactly as described and communication was very straightforward. The owners always responded very quickly and kindly. We will definitely be back

Ruben was very welcoming and kind and extremely helpful! He had a bottle of wine and water waiting for us. He went and picked a huge bag of fresh oranges and lemons and gave them to us! We made fresh juice which was delish! He brought gifts for 2 people in our group who had birthdays! He taught my husband Paddle and took him to a court and played with him and 2 friends. He even gave us info on places to see and things to do in Albufeira which was our next destination. We stayed in the “Greenhouse” which was perfect for 2 people. Our daughter’s family stayed in one of the other houses. It was a fabulous 3 weeks together. The horses across the street, the cork trees surrounding, the red bud trees, and wisteria were beautiful! They have a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a trampoline, a beautiful swimming pool, a ping pong table, and a game room with a pool table. Anything you needed, Ruben was there with it. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this stay was. Thank you!

The stay exceeded our expectations, no doubt! The Hosts were super accessible, welcomed us super well, extremely welcoming, they were always available to us. The house is amazing, the space is huge and meets all the conditions, nothing was missing, on the contrary. It was truly a great stay, we can only thank Carlos and his family for their kindness. We recommend 100%!!

Maria and family are friendly & responsive. They have everything we need in the little cosy home. Though it's a super rainy day when we arrive, the place is so warm and lovely!

Rubén has been a super host from the beginning, very attentive to everything from the moment we arrived. La Quinta da Rosie, it is located in an area very close to Lisbon and you have good communication. In addition to enjoying a quiet place and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of a big city. We were very pleasantly surprised by the place, my 9 year old daughter was playing with Ruben's daughter. It is ideal for going with the family since it has many outdoor common spaces. We loved the place!

We very much appreciated the accommodation offered by Maria Antonia: very beautiful site in the middle of hills and hillsides of vineyards; very pleasant, convenient and comfortable accommodation, in a perfectly quiet and peaceful environment; good simple restaurants nearby and Lisbon less than 1 hour by highway for visits and chic restaurants and, throughout the stay, hosts Maria Antonia and her husband, very welcoming, friendly and available!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Ruben and family were so welcoming and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is beautiful and the home had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
