the house is located in a privileged area. Less than 1 min from the beach and 5 min from the train. It is spacious and has everything you need for a few relaxing days. Guests are asked to take good care of the appliances and furniture, as the property has been renovated. It has 2 bathrooms, both with showers. There are 3 bedrooms: one of them has a trundle bed, and the other two have a balcony/terrace.The kitchen/dining area is an open-plan space and includes a small patio and parking.
