Holiday rentals with a patio in Villa La Bolsa

Hi, I'm Bernadette from Mendoza. The place is well located in the Cerro area, an area with a lot of traffic. I went with two small children, two and four years old, it's very quiet for a good rest. The apartment is just as you can see in the images, clean, comfortable and with good heating. Nearby you have squares, cafes, restaurants, laundries and supermarkets. Luciano was a great one, always quick to respond to every concern. I would definitely recommend it 100%

Natalia's place was excellent. Very nice, private and extremely clean. Also, the times were super flexible which made our stay even more comfortable. Natalia was always on the lookout and gave us information on places to visit and eat. Everything was perfect. 100% recommend!

The Apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. Noelia was very nice, brought us a coffee pot. Very clean Apartment, big fan for the bedroom. we'll equipped kitchen. AC in living room. comfortable couch. Unfortunately the power kept going off for 2 hours at a time, not Noelia fault.

Excellent place, this is not my first time staying here and you can see the constant improvement. Excellent host, it helped me not have to wait so long to arrive and allowed me to get in earlier as I could. Really, everything was excellent.

The house is very comfortable and with good distribution. The pool,garden and gallery with a barbecue is something to note. We felt right at home, I had all the elements to spend a few days with the family. The neighborhood is very quiet and there was a supermarket close by. Elisa was very attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out. We would definitely recommend this house and come back. We enjoyed some beautiful days in Córdoba!

The duplex is very functional, very good kitchen , the living space, living room, very comfortable dining room, the gallery with spectacular grillero, the rooms and bathrooms on the high floor very good, the truth is the duplex is very good and the attention of Hernán e Inés de primer. Beautiful place, very comfortable, ideal for spending a few days quiet and with the family, including pet. Leandro is always attentive, predisposed and very friendly. Easily accessible and close to tourist places, very nice facilities and pool. We would definitely come back, 100% recommended!

We were very satisfied with the stay. The house is spacious, and much larger than what can be seen in the photos. The park is fantastic and the views are beautiful. Eugenia was always very attentive and willing to resolve any unexpected. We had a minor detail with the pool water, and it was resolved in the moment.

As always, thank Lili who is the maximum, and Leonardo is always very attentive to everything. It's really our favorite place to get to Cordoba. Thank you for everything :)

Great Host Gerardo. Great empathy and intelligence to adapt or fix situations. The space is spacious, comfortable and well developed. Spacious beds, great mattresses. Perfect strong and hot shower with good regulation. Full kitchen, spacious dining room, all well lit. Hot hot air conditioning, good quality and operation, we only use one and in heat. The apartment is very secluded. It didn't take long. Wide parking space, (for medium SUV) comfortable and safe. The prices of accommodations in Cordoba, in general, seemed expensive to me compared to other Argentine cities, in the case of Gerardo's Department, the value for money was fair and adequate. Very happy, I would love to be able to come back soon soon.

The only thing I highlight is that the heated pool is not as the publication says. It's not in season

Very nice apartment in a tranquill spot in a neighborhood full of things to do and close to the city center. The pool is a highlight, one of the best I've had at any stay in Argentina! Andrea is a great hostess, full of advice and available to answer any questions or concerns.
