There are two bedrooms in the large apartment, with a large Relaxation Room and a shared Kitchen. All rooms are equipped with heating and a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi is free. The furnishings are in period style with some frescoed ceilings. All guests can enjoy the Belvedere Tower used as an art gallery and view of the landscape.

It is a 5-minute walk to the FV and bus station, from where in 1h 15 min you will be in Venice and in 40 min in Trieste. There are excellent bike paths to reach the historic places of Aquileia-Grado and Palmanova, natural oases such as the Marano Lagoon and Cona Island. Sea, lakes, hills all nearby to visit in a day. The airport is 15 minutes by car.
