Ebenso können Sie in ca.30 Minuten in Italien od. in Slowenien sein.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Die Wohnung (50m2) befindet sich im 1. Stock, verfügt über einen großen Balkon mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Wander- und Schiberg Gerlitzen. Es gibt Spazierwege durch romantische Wälder, an der Drau entlang, zum Faakersee (2km) und Silbersee (2 km). Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

Die Alleinlage direkt am Wasser, mit privatem Badezugang, verspricht euch einen ungestörten Erholungsurlaub. Genießt euer Frühstück am Balkon mit Blick über den See, bevor ihr euch im kühlen Nass erfrischt. Hier ist ein idealer, idyllischer Ort um fernab der Großstadt die Ruhe in der Natur zu genießen und aufzuatmen.

The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

Dieses kleine Häuschen ist der ideale Urlaubsort für Paare, Freunde oder Familien, die eine Auszeit inmitten der Natur suchen. Das Haus bietet Platz für 4 Personen in 2 Schlafzimmern und verfügt über einen direkten Seezugang. Ideal für Naturliebhaber, die Entspannung im oder am Wasser (mit eigenem Tretboot) suchen. Voll ausgestattet mit moderner Küche, gemütlichem Wohnzimmer, Feuerschale, Esstisch und Lounge im Freien - lässt es keine Wünsche offen.

Chalet "Hirschfisch" right next to the slopes

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Hillside Retreat

Ein ökologisch nachhaltiges neues Holzhaus sucht sympathische BewohnerInnen. Modern, komfortabel ausgestattet und mit allem was man braucht um so richtig zu entspannen. Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

Spending the night under the open starry sky? Or sunbathe in the bed? Yes, of COURSE! Just go out with the bed and enjoy the breathtaking view in the terrace! It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

Herrschaftshaus Theresienhof

Reside at the Theresienhof townhouse. Built by the trades of Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is also part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for playing for children.
